I have been coming here for last 25 yrs and they have never let me down on taste , spiciness , freshness , flavor . It is a very old place and one has to come here to try their recipes. My most favorite recipe is the “samosa chole” plate which is just world class . Been coming here since school days ; am currently visiting from US and the place hasn’t changed a bit. It is still the same. Lots of memories and simply love being here.
One of the oldest sweet shop right in the middle of city centre -Ragunath bazaar.
I ddint know they have a place to sit upstairs, which is locked in time. Some may call it as not maintained, but we liked it as it is.
Service was a bit slow, but food was tasty. Our tea, khullad rabri, tikki chat, tikki and kachori chaat were all great.
We tried chhole bhature, lassi and rasmalai. Chhole bhature was made with pure desi ghee and without onion-garlic. It was delicious 😋 will go there again whenever I get a chance!
